This painting was included in a compendium book of my first decade as a professional artist, "Only Visiting This Planet".
At time of publication, I lived in Oxfordshire close to Wytham Woods, and would often walk through the woods to visit my favourite pub at the time, "The Trout". Towards the end of April the woods looked amazing when the bluebells came out.
